All the electrical connections of the components (motors, cells, headlight, management card) are brought to a front panel using 4mm safety terminals (POA-11 and POA-22 versions) or on industrial terminals inside the box (POA-111 and POA-222). The student can then wire, using safety cords or copper wires (depending on the version), all the gate's functions without risk of damaging the screws or the component connections. He can also safely read the different voltages and intensities of the system. The numerous operating parameters can be modified in the electrical box via the programming console with digital display.
Educational objectives
• Observe and understand how an electric gate automation works.
• Learn how to program a gate automation system based on several operating criteria.
• Take measurements of electrical quantities
• Study how photoelectric cells work.
• Carry out industrial maintenance operations.
