Stepper motor wiring and programming board
This system allows you to discover the control of a linear axis equipped with a stepper motor. The carriage is controlled by the control panel in "JOG" or automatic mode. Depending on the mode chosen, the display allows you to view the direct position of the carriage or the position setpoint. The model is powered by 24VDC voltage, thus ensuring safe wiring.
The linear axis is installed behind a transparent protective plate on which there is a graduated ruler corresponding to the position of the carriage.
In order to protect the equipment from any mishandling, the linear axis is equipped with 2 overtravel sensors, inaccessible to learners.
When one of the sensors is activated, the system freezes.
