Electro-pneumatic system fault diagnosis station

PNEU-DIAG is a manually controlled, suction cup gripping system that allows a pallet to be moved from one bin to another. The control is carried out by pressing push buttons on the front. The model is made up of photoelectric sensors and a vacuum switch connected to indicator lights indicating their operating status.
This model allows the learning of fault diagnosis of an electro-pneumatic installation. The faults are chosen by the teacher using switches located under a lockable hatch at the back of the model. For the safety of the user, the circuit voltage does not exceed 24VDC. The learner can therefore take measurements and tests in complete safety regardless of the type of fault.
