Every year, our general catalog is enriched with new products, the fruit of the daily work of the engineers and technicians of our design office. Their mission is twofold: to design new products which, after validation of the prototype, will be manufactured in series by the workshops, and select the new products of trade that will be referenced in our range.

From standard products in our general catalog, they will study and define the modifications to be made to perfectly meet your specific needs. Our free studies include the precise technical description, the modeling of your product, the manufacturing time, and always at the fairest price.

LABORATORY OF CONTROL, THE OBLIGATED PASSAGE

Prior to shipment, each device passes through the testing laboratory for testing and testing to ensure its proper functioning. Any abnormality causes the device to be removed immediately, which is then switched to the area of non-conforming products.
All operating and safety tests are carried out with calibrated instruments according to a precise and regular procedure.

More than 5000 references are currently managed and stored in a store with an area of 2500m2. This large stock of components and finished products guarantees a controlled turnaround time for both trading products and products manufactured on demand.

INTERNAL AND AVAILABLE SERVICE

After-sales service technicians take care of your defective equipment, well beyond the warranty period. You can reach them permanently by telephone, by fax, or by e-mail (see our “CONTACT” section). Depending on the nature of the intervention, they can provide you with telephone assistance, repair your equipment upon receipt, or intervene at your premises (for technical furniture in particular).
